and that is why nhra has rules, and requires safety equipment. That probably saved his life instead of just left him burnt pretty bad.

Yes, I want to.

In open road race you cannot run it. No bottle can be connected to the system. That is the way the rule reads. Sort of leaves it open for an ______ (fill in the blank) to carry a disconnected bottle.
