Get ready, set… order away! 3.5L HO V6 camshafts are now officially for sale!!

Yes, Inertia Motorsports are now taking order for these cams.

Pricing as previously announced will be $300 for the cams but now also come with lash caps to reduce valve train noise, so the price will be $385 for the cams plus $200 for the core exchange. This $200 will be returned to you as soon as your stock cams are sent back to us.

The available versions are as follows:

Version 1.0 which are the ones Wishing for Hemi have in his car. He’s currently the fastest V6 around and running NOS as well as these new cams. Here is his “record football” to acknowledge his current record:


We have one set in stock of those right now.

Version 1.1 is the larger version of 1.0 of course and a few guys are running that set now. We will have dyno numbers and track numbers (before and after) shortly. One is currently being tuned and the other will have his cams installed soon. We currently have one set in stock for these as well.

Version 1.2 is the even larger and more aggressive version which we recommend you run with a converter. Those will be available in a few weeks.

Usual turn around time for cam orders will be around 10-14 days from the day of your order.

As far as tuning, you will be provided with a canned base tune for your car for $75. Each canned tune will get two free revisions, no questions asked. For a custom head/cam/bolt-on tune, the fee is $250 and will have as many revisions included as needed to get it “correct”.

This is great news! Hopefully there will be some people who jump on this to give us some more positive results to boost the rep of the trusty ol' 3.5

after predator would 1.1 be a good second performance mod? or are there other things in conjunction or a better order that would make more sense? I would love to see you guys make a list 1 (being most important and first engine mod) 10 (being least important engine mod). Like in a order for the average guy looking to spend a few bucks at a time and slowly mod his engine.

Thats f'n awesome . Be great for the 3.5L crowd to finally enjoy some performance gains too . I can see a cam , predator and a tune really waking up these cars for an investment of maybe 2K including the wrenching . Very sweet .
