Dead pedal with alphaaod

Throttle was extremely sensitive Plugged in alphaaod to reset etc ,froze up ,after disconnecting car starts but will only idle
Contacted support and forwarded debug report, haven’t heard anything Any ideas I tried a manual calibrate no joy
