l electrical problems

Hello all, Owner of a 2005 300C with 140,000 miles. While driving home this evening, the headlights and dash lights suddenly went out. Not a good thing, in the dark, on the Interstate! Weird thing was the 'idiot lights' on the dash all cycled on, same as when the ignition is first turned on...
