I have a 2005 Chrysler 300 that has been sitting for 4 months because the battery and starter were toast,, Replaced the battery, still no start, replaced the starter, car starts but - No Blinkers, No Horn, No Wipers, No Brights, Bo Front Power Windows, Dash check engine light is on, brake light is on, ABS light is on. I tried doing a reset of the TIMP for 2 hours by disconnecting the battery and attaching the positive and negative wired together for 2 hours, but no change. Before sitting, everything worked. Any ideas?

Sounds like a Body Control Module (BCM) issue. When it's running are the gauges giving false readings?

No false reading from the gauges. I am wondering if it is a relay issue since all fuses appear to be in order, or possiblt the Steering Control Module?
