The radio jumps from preset to preset on its own and I cannot get my car dealer to return my calls. I stopped at the business and they recorded it doing it 7 days ago and still no return of my call.
The radio does it in sirrius and am/fm. Does anyone have any idea how to make it stop.

If you're feeling lucky (or if you're still under warranty) go here to see if there's an update for your radio. Just be aware that updates have been known to kill the radio completely or introduce some other fault.

Phone UConnect to find out what the 'soft reset' and 'hard reset' procedures are for your car. Procedures changed every time FCA/Chrysler changed radio vendors. My 2020 has the Panasonic/Alpine system.

My radio was doing the same thing. I have the extended Max Care warranty so they're replacing it.

Does your radio have the dreaded bubble at the top of the screen? If it does, you can replace the digitizer (touchscreen) and save yourself a lot of money. The dealer will tell you to replace the radio ($1500.)
