there is that or there is what is reffered to as a miller tool. these are what the dealers and tranny shops use to check the fluid in your trans. these can be had for about $70.

So are you saying that although it is a sealed transmission there is an access hole to put the zip tie in? Is there any picture available on the web that can guide me to locate it under the hood?

im sure there are pictures out there somewhere either on here or on the web. but basically its near the back of the motor and it has a dipstick tube but instead of a dipstick in there it has a cap on top of it that reads "dealer service only" pop this cap off and voila.
