300 vs 300S - What's the difference for the 3.6L's?

As far as I know it's only the exhaust. The base and limited trims have a single pipe from the cat to the muffler and the S has duals with an X pipe. I upgraded my limited with a Borla kit that gave me true duals and it gave me the 10 or so horse bump to about even with the S.
