300 vs 300S - What's the difference for the 3.6L's?

I've searched high and low but I can't seem to find a good list anywhere on the web about difference in the 3.6L for the 300S models. I understand they have a slightly higher HP than the base 300 but the only thing I find documented different is that one 300S owner found that there is different exhaust. I'm assuming there is more. I'm planning my performance upgrades and knowing what is different to start is important.
