300 vs 300S - What's the difference for the 3.6L's?

As mentioned above it's the exhaust. I left mine single for now since I have a touring, but put in a Magnaflow high flow single in single out dual offset muffler and removed the resonators for some more sound.

Also apparently the S has a "sport air intake" but I could be wrong. Either way I threw in an AirAid and it's awesome.
