Hello all,
My wife really wants a Bluetooth stereo for our 300 touring (2005). First, what is a decent head unit that is pretty easily installed without breaking the bank? What interfaces/chime units / wiring assemblies are necessary to keep the factory chimes/security/etc...? I've done this a hundred times, just not in a 300... Pretty advanced stuff I don't want to screw up! Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!

any head unit of your liking will work just fine. the more bells and whistles the higher the price. if you are wanting the Bluetooth option then be sure the radio you pick has the built in Bluetooth. as far as the wire harness any local stereo shop can or on line shop can give you the correct part number. its no more difficult than any other stereo install. even the tv/dvd installed in the dash is pretty simple in these cars with the proper wire harnesses....
