Recently, my brakes have been locking. I dont know if it is due to the rainy weather and wet roads but I've had two near bumper to bumper collisions. Does anyone know of faulty brakes on the 2007 300s?

Either way I need to take it to the dealership to get it checked out.

So ABS is not kicking in? Is this during hard braking or normal? How's your tire wear? How many miles on the brakes and how hard are you on them?

Yeah, ABS is not kicking in. It was during normal braking but road was wet. Miles on brakes prob about 20,000 or so. Not too hard on the brakes I'm not a speed demon anymore.

Check the fuses... not sure which one controls ABS off the top of my head, but your manual should tell you. I would think that the ABS light and possibly mr. squiggles would be lit up if that was the case, but I could be wrong.

Sounds like its a driver problem. You are driving too fast for the conditions and the ABS is kicking in when you are braking hard.
