You guys are gonna laugh, but my wife has allowed me to purchase headers for my 300. It's when I get my tax check back but she says I have a limit of $500. I'm hoping to change that to at least $600 
I have removed the suitcase and resonators and in place have two flowmaster 40's. Definitely impressed with the tone of it. My ? is can I even purchase a set of headers that cheap? I didn't think I could and if so will they be reliable? What's the difference between the long and short-tube headers? I'm wanting it loud as possible. It only gets drove like once a week so not worried about a noise ordinance or anything. What about high flow cats? Do you do those at same time as headers? What about doing away with cats altogether? Everyones inputs and opinions are greatly appreciated..
