I have an 05 300c AWD which had a parasitic draw which ended up being my gauge cluster, picked one up from scrapyard with close mileage... everything works, I can see my speedo and tach again but temp won’t move even thru EVIC, stays at 32f and won’t show Oil pressure. Work has been done at a shop and the did the gauge sweep test and “confirmed” cluster works. My question would be is there a difference in a 300c cluster and a 300c AWD cluster that could possibly be the issue, no codes by the way.

I don't think that the RWD/AWD clusters are different. If I had to guess, I'd say that the problem you're running into is likely the result of a configuration mismatch. A Chrysler dealer can update the configuration with wiTech, or you can do it yourself with AlfaOBD or Appcar's DiagFCA.
