Fuel Choice: If 95 Octane is not available

Hi Everyone,
I just took ownership of a shiny 2010 300c V8 Hemi. I'm absolutely in love with the car! The owners manual said to use fuel between 91-95 octane, which is fine because I live in Australia and both are generally fairly common. The book also cautioned that I shouldn't use premium fuel, but seemed to indicate that it was more of a waste than whether it would cause any harm.

I filled the car up at a local servo and I found 95 no problem. However, today I was heading home from work and I dropped into my usual spot on the way home from work (I do it every Tuesday to get fuel at the bottom of the price cycle). I was surprised that this servo only actually offers 91, 91 with 10% ethanol, and 98 octanes. My last car was definitely a 91 with ethanol choice so I'd never really noticed.

So here came the Dilemma? Which would would be the right choice if 95 isn't available? I'm not a rev head so I'm not lead footing it, but at the same time I want good mileage for my dollar and don't want to ruin such a nice car from a simple and avoidable choice.

TL:DR: If 95 Octane is unavailable, what is the next best choice? 98, 91, or 91 with 10% Ethanol?
