Pull it off and replace it with a nice BT piece of your choice, buddy.

But, if you really want that Grip piece, pull it off, clean off the old adhesive on the emblem and the grille, then apply some new 3M double sided sticky tape and re-install.

I love the heritage badges. I found some aftermarket ones once but the price was ridiculous.

 

BT has some nice stock pieces to go on that grip grill. This is what I have on mine:
