My husband just bought a 2010 300 but thr uconnect doesn't work. We just can't figure out how to get it to do anything at all! Usually we are pretty good with electronics and things but this has us stumped! We know this model is a bit dated but any help or insight would be greatly appriciated. Tyia!

Sure. I have a galaxy but my issue is it will do none of the things you mentioned. It just says no phone to pair. I can't seem to find anything that tells me how to fix it for my particular vehicle.

ok, I'm guessing you have tried the way the manual says,

1st access the parring menu in the Radio.
2nd starty the parring on the radio, enter a 4 digit code, a green scree saying Parring in process appear.
3rd go on your Phone, turn Blue tooth on, and start the parring process on the phone, it should ask for the acess code.

However There are some old post that indicate the Galaxy use a different Bluetooth comunication standards, and the old GPS/NAV Radio is not compatible with those phones.

i'm not sure if there is a more recent software that could be loaded in the radio to fix this.
