Ok so I have the '18 Touring with 6 speakers, no special package, just the base. I did swap out all 4 6X9s with Kicker CSC693 and the 2 in dash 3.5" with Kicker CSC354. the 6X9s are rated at 450W max/150RMS the 3.5s are 90/30. How do I bypass the factory amp, but keep the head unit and hook everything up with a after market amp? I will be adding 2 10s eventually, just the speakers for now. Thanks.

Not for anything, but have you considered swapping out the stock amp for a Beats or H-K unit? I'm not sure about the 2018 specifically, but some folks have reported that swapping in a more powerful amp from a boneyard was cheap and plug-and-play. If I didn't already have the Beats that's exactly what I would do.
