When I joined this site not long ago I spent a lot of time reading through threads because I am a new 300 owner. I wanted to know what problems owners have had and what suggestions they received to address them.
I see more than a few threads where owners either received no help, or didn't say what help they did get that resolved their problem. I get it that our 300 problems are high priority for us and drive us to ask for help, and then when the problem is fixed we think of the problem and this site less if at all.
My suggestion is that when an owner posts questions about a problem they also follow up and share what the fix was and how they got there, so others can benefit and maybe find an answer to their own problem right away. I can tell from past threads that answers aren't always provided here. So where did we find our answer, and what was that fix?
