Good to see your going Kenwood, you will be very satisfied. Did you consider the 5120? Last year's model but you'll save a couple a hundred bucks.

A couple of observations:

I used the American International CD-K650 dash kit for my Kenwood DDX-512, Metra also makes one which is a little easier to find in stock.
The Chrysler antenna adapter (40-CR10)you can get shipped for less than $20 on many sites. I also used the Metra XSVI-6502 switched accessory interface, but my installer had the Pac interface on standby in case it didn't work, but I've had no problems with it. The iPod cable (Kenwood KCA-IP301V) can be found on the bay. Use those search engines to find the best deal, and look for those coupon codes...Hope this helps.

Can you speak to the differences between the 5120 and 5140?
I was told for the ipod since it was USB direct I could just plug in any ipod cable I already had?

Sorry, getting to this late. So hopefully you haven't ordered everything yet.

Since you do not have steering wheel controls and I believe there is no factory amp, you don't need the C2R-CHY4 for your car. You need the C2R-CHYNA. Its cheaper.

Also, check to see if the DNX 5140 is Ipod video ready. If so, you might need a different Ipod cable than the standard one.

I didn't go through all your links yet to confirm, but somethign to check out.
