That's DUB for ya.. that car was at Spring Fest 2009. I took a bunch of pictures of it, but none freally captured the "essence" of the car. They just looked like abstact paintings.
The interior was worse than the exterior, if that is possible.

Please note, the following feelings protection measure is in effect:

Everyone must like every mod purely because someone took the time and coin to do them. This applies whether or not the mods detract from the design of the 300C, are tacky in appearance, or fixed to the vehicle with duct tape. Everyone is a unique flower, and is special in their own way.

But seriously, the car looks like straight ass. You can't please everyone, and based on this guys car I don't think he's trying to do so. The bit of knowledge to take from this, just because you have the money to do it, doesn't mean you should.
