According to Uconnect Customer Service, this is the correct procedure for my Uconnect 3 system I have in my 2014 300C. Has anyone been able to get this Soft Reset procedure to work ? I can't seem to get it to work for me.
Park vehicle in safe location and turn it off completely: engine not running, dashboard lights off.
- Close all doors.
- Start ACC mode only; do NOT start engine.
Keyless vehicles: Without touching pedals, press Start button twice.
- Simultaneously press and hold Phone and VR buttons for 30 seconds, then release.
- Turn off ACC mode.
- Open driver door for 30 seconds or until all dashboard indicators go off.
- Close driver door.
- Restart vehicle.
- Test app.
