2007 Chrysler 300. The black plug is plugged into the accelerator pedal. What is the circled wire? It's not plugged into anything.

It's a 2007 Chrysler 300. The other wire is plugged into the accelerator/gas pedal but the circled plug is just hanging.

Do you have power adjustable pedals?

If you do, and you want them to work, then it has to be plugged in.

If you don't, then there is nothing for it to plug into.
