So I have a engine from a 19 Chrysler 300 and wanted to swap it over onto my 2005 I wanted to know if anyone has any tips when it comes to this type of engine swap or any difficulties I might run into

Yes. Don't attempt it.

You don't say what engine is in either car, but it doesn't matter. The sensors and electronics won't match up, the transmissions are different and so on. It can be done at a custom shop but will require considerable fabrication, wiring and programming. Forget it.
Can I ask why not

Can't give you specifics, since you still haven't identified either engine. But the reason it doesn't matter, is that regardless of whether you're going from a 2.7, a 3.5, a 5.7, or a 6.1 to a 3.6, or 5.7, it will cost more to do that the 2005 300 is worth.
Well my old engine was a 3.5 but it ended up getting flooded and I was able to get my hands on a engine along with the transmission I’m not sure about the newer one exactly cause someone else has it right now I just need to install it
