Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum and I believe this is the proper area for my question. I own a 2013 300 with the 3.6L engine. Where is the dipstick located? I know you can't check it without a Miller tool, but I can't locate the tube that accesses the transmission fluid on this car.

Mystery solved!

I've solved the mystery of the hidden transmission tube....its not hidden, it doesn't exist. Not sure what yr this began but in a 2013 there's no tube as well as no dipstick. There's a filler hole on the transmission and the service dept from my local dealership was very vague with that information. Is there some sort of unwritten rule about giving you basic info about your vehicle that you purchased from them?

The method for adding transmission fluid is even easier than I anticipated. There's a 3/8" hose coming out of the top of the transmission that ends right next to the fuel filter on top of the engine. It has a fitting on the end of it that you can attach another 3/8" hose to. I attached that to a funnel and added the ATF4 without any issues. My only regret was the need to crawl around underneath the vehicle feeling around for the access when the answer could've been readily given to me by my local dealer. Oh, the engine should be running when you add the fluid. It'll create the vacuum that'll suck it out of the funnel much easier than with the engine off.
